Shipping Policy

At Zenith Wheels, we ship worldwide.

If your country does not appear as an available shipping destination on our website, please contact us directly and we will do our best to arrange shipping for you.

Packaging

All wheels are carefully and professionally packaged before shipment.
Each wheel is wrapped with additional protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transportation.

While we take great care in preparing and packaging every order, Zenith Wheels is not responsible for damages that may occur during the shipping process. However, in the event of any shipping-related issues, we will always do our best to support the customer and assist in resolving the situation with the shipping carrier.

Shipping Responsibility

Once the order has been shipped, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the delivery process.

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • The buyer is responsible for communicating with the shipping carrier in their country if additional documentation, customs clearance, or payment is required.

  • Any delays caused by customs procedures are outside of our control.

Delivery Inspection

Upon delivery, the buyer must carefully inspect all packages before accepting them.

If there is any visible damage such as tears, dents, or crushed packaging, the buyer must request a damage report (delivery note / protocol) from the courier at the time of delivery.

Failure to document visible damage with the courier may make it extremely difficult or impossible to file a compensation claim with the shipping company. In such cases, responsibility lies with the buyer.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

All orders are shipped using reputable international shipping carriers.
Depending on the destination country, shipments may be sent via air freight or ground transportation.

Delivery times vary by country and shipping method, but under normal circumstances, international delivery takes approximately 1 week after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may be extended due to:

  • Official holidays

  • Weekends

  • Customs inspections or clearance procedures in the origin or destination country​
