At Zenith Wheels, all of our wheels are custom-made and built to order. Each order is produced specifically according to the customer’s selected specifications.

Built-to-Order & Order Cancellation

Because our products are made specifically for each customer:

• Built-to-order products are non-refundable.

• Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

• A 50% deposit payment is required to confirm an order. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of order cancellation, as production planning and material sourcing begin immediately.

For customers who pay via bank transfer or PayPal, the deposit is collected before production.
For orders placed through our website with full payment, the same policy applies. This approach is a necessary and standard protection method for companies producing custom-made products.

Inspection Before Shipping

Each wheel is inspected before shipping to ensure quality, accuracy, and structural integrity prior to dispatch.

Incorrect or Defective Products

If your order arrives with an issue caused by our production or assembly, we will fully support you in resolving the matter.

• If the issue or damage can be repaired locally in the buyer’s country, Zenith Wheels will cover the repair costs.

• If the product is found to be completely incorrect or defective due to a manufacturing error, a replacement product may be produced and shipped.

• In such cases, the buyer may also request a partial refund, depending on the nature of the issue and the agreed resolution.

Shipping Damage

For damages that occur during shipping:

• Compensation is primarily based on the amount reimbursed by the shipping carrier.

• If additional costs remain after the carrier’s compensation, Zenith Wheels will assist and contribute where applicable to help resolve the issue.

Please note that damage claims must comply with the shipping carrier’s procedures and documentation requirements.

Warranty Policy

Zenith Wheels provides a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty covering structural integrity.

This warranty applies to the strength and durability of the wheel itself.

The following are not covered under warranty:

• Finish, paint, or polishing (as these depend on usage, care, and maintenance)

• Incorrect installation

• Impact damage, potholes, accidents, or collisions

• Incorrect tire pressure

• Improper use or neglect
